This short back, military bench makes it easy to do overhead presses - without the bench itself getting in the way. Built for comfort, safety and durability, the EPIC Seated Bench has wear-resistant vinyl and high-density foam on the seat and contoured backrest. Vinyl stretched and sewn makes a stronger, more durable seat combined with 11-gauge steel that's been electrostatically powder-coated for a sleek finish. Convenient 3-inch transport wheels make it mobile and the easy answer to creating a circuit cycle with any Freemotion machine. The easy-grip handle and bolt-down holes make this bench a catalyst for getting stronger.
